PhysicianCraig Courchesne
Dr. Courchesne completed medical school and his undergraduate degree at the University of Alberta. He received his residency training in Trail, BC and has worked in Nakusp ever since. He enjoys mountain biking, getting out on the lake, and snowboarding. Craig has a special interest in geriatric medicine, diabetes and congestive heart failure. He also offers cosmetic services such as Botox and Xeomin injections.
PhysicianChelsea Anchikoski
Dr. Anchikoski arrived in Nakusp in 2013, a product of the Northern Medical and Prince George Family Practice Residency Programs. She practices full service family medicine with a focus on women’s health. She is proud to serve our large catchment area and the population of Edgewood for monthly outreach visits as well. She enjoys spending time with her family, horseback riding, hiking, and generally enjoying all that our beautiful corner of the world has to offer.
PhysicianAdam Stich
Dr. Stich came to the Kootenays in 2019 after graduating from UBC’s Medical School in Vancouver. He discovered the charming village of Nakusp while completing his Family Medicine Residency in Trail, and has enjoyed practicing full scope Family Practice here since 2021. Outside of work, he enjoys working on his hobby farm and enjoying the many outdoor activities that the West Kootenays have to offer
PhysicianKyle Ridge
Dr. Ridge was born and raised in Nelson, BC. He completed his medical training in Nebraska with the University of Nebraska. Kyle enjoys being active outside, cheering for his favorite sports teams and spending time with his dogs.
