Frequently Asked Questions

When will I get my test results?

The office will follow up with you in the event that your test results are abnormal, we will not call you with normal results. All patients are encouraged to follow up on all tests.

How do I get my medications refilled?

Appointments are required for all medication refills. Please book an appointment when you are picking up your last refill from the pharmacy.

Am I required to wear a mask when visiting the clinic?

We request that you wear a mask only if you have any respiratory symptoms.

I don't have BC medical coverage, can I still book an appointment?

Yes, private billing fess apply and must be paid prior to your appointment. We do accept out of province health care (excluding Quebec), you must present your health card during your visit.

What is your catchment area for new patients?

We have a very large catchment area that goes from Trout Lake to Edgewood and to Hills.  New Denver patients will need to apply to the New Denver Clinic.

We currently do not have any physicians accepting new patients. Please stop by clinic to fill out a New Patient Information Sheet to have yourself added to the waitlist.

Do I need an appointment to have forms completed?

All forms will need an appointment to be completed.  Form fee’s will be applied after visit

How far in advance do I need to book?

4-6 weeks.

We do not have walk in appointments.

What happens if I miss an appointment?

A No Show Fee will apply, please see our office policies for more information.
